There is a cloud shape in stencil Symbols (in the Visio Extras
category)


In the stencil Network and Peripherals

If you have Visio 2000 then there are a couple of cloud shapes in the
Mind Mapping symbols. The Cloud and Comm-link are in Basic Network
Shapes.
